A multi-brand, multi-country Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution. A modern alternative to manufacturer systems.
Savings in administration
Fast implementation for core modules
Improved dealer response time
Automotive importers and dealers typically struggle with these challenges on a daily basis.
- Separate systems for each brand – N-FIT, emails, and Excel running in parallel
- No support system for new entrant Chinese or electric vehicle brands
- The manufacturer’s system cannot handle a multi-brand portfolio
- Dealer tickets get lost in shared mailboxes
- Web leads are forwarded to dealers manually and slowly
- No SLAs, no measurability, no VIN-based vehicle history
Both modules can be implemented independently, but together they form a comprehensive importer-dealer ecosystem.
Everything you need for the efficient operation of a modern importer and dealer ecosystem.
Multiple brands, multiple countries – one system and one team. Unified processes with different brand configurations.
Automatic categorization, translation, and suggested responses. Significantly reduces the workload of administrators.
Automatic data loading and complete vehicle history with a single click, based on the VIN code.
Direct access for on-site mechanics and dealers from their mobile devices, anywhere and anytime.
Real-time KPIs for the entire dealer network. Transparent reports at the importer level.
Fits seamlessly into the existing Microsoft 365 ecosystem – Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Business Central.
We designed this solution for those for whom standard manufacturer systems are no longer sufficient.
- Automotive importers and brand representations
- General importers with a multi-brand portfolio (e.g., 3–8 brands)
- Importers of agricultural and construction machinery
- Electric vehicle and Chinese brand representations (BYD, NIO, XPENG, Zeekr, etc.)
- Multi-brand dealership groups
The platform is based on an open architecture and natively integrates with key industry and Microsoft systems.

Frequently Asked Questions
Both approaches are possible. The platform can completely replace the manufacturer portal, or run in parallel with it until the system is gradually transitioned based on the importer's decisions and manufacturer contractual obligations.
For a single brand, the transition typically takes 6–10 weeks. For projects involving multiple brands or countries, a 3–5 month timeline is generally expected.
The platform is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, therefore a Microsoft license is required. As part of the implementation project, we also provide support in selecting the appropriate licensing model.
No. Although the platform is built on automotive experience, it can also be applied in other importer and distributor environments, such as agricultural machinery, construction equipment, motorcycles, or other high-value products.
We provide continuous support following the implementation. This includes managing Microsoft platform updates, minor configuration modifications, helpdesk access, and further developments upon request.
