This weekend, two Grepton teams took part in the Ultrabalaton – and their performance was nothing short of remarkable. We are incredibly proud of you all, huge congratulations to everyone! 👏 We’d also like to give a special thanks for the experience report, which we are sharing with you here – it’s well worth a read, as it truly captures the atmosphere:
The weekend burst into the lives of Grepton team members like a true adventure bomb – everyone came back recharged from the Ultrabalaton, and we all gained a wealth of incredible experiences! Both of our teams threw themselves into the race with fantastic energy and enthusiasm 🏃😃
GREPTON RACE TEAM – those who came for the challenge –
They were already off like a rocket on Saturday at 11:30, ten minutes before the official start! We covered 209 km in 18 hours and 28 minutes, earning 38th place in the corporate category out of 860 teams!
The weather showed us no mercy: during the day it felt like running inside an oven, but that only pushed our heart rates higher and served as extra motivation for everyone. The evening and night sections went more smoothly, and the seamless transitions proved that this team is unstoppable – everyone gave their absolute best!

GREPTON FUN TEAM – those who came for the good vibes and the joy of running –
They set off on Saturday afternoon at 18:25, and cruised through the entire distance in a relaxed, smiling, barely-breaking-a-sweat fashion!
With a finishing time of 20 hours and 8 minutes, they came in just behind the Race team, claiming 220th place in the corporate category. Here, the real value was togetherness, fun, and the shared experience – and yet they still managed to achieve a truly impressive result.
A huge round of applause for team members Fülöp Boglárka, Fülöp Róbert, Zsák György, Garda Katalin, Kerekes Boglárka, Kertész László, Keszthelyi Áron, Koplovic Eleonóra, Samu Dániel, Tompits Botond, Szeredi Tibor, Tamási Krisztina and Weisz Attila!
We all had an absolutely wonderful time, and we’re already excitedly looking forward to next year’s Ultrabalaton!
