Do you know that in a CRM system, what matters most is not what can be configured, but what should be? We are looking for a CRM Consultant who understands business processes, thinks independently, and isn’t afraid to ask clients the right questions. At Grepton, you won’t just implement specifications: you’ll actively shape solutions from the first client conversation all the way to go-live. Our goal is for the CRM to genuinely support the client’s work, not the other way around.
Responsibilities:
- Business process mapping and presales: Already in the sales and presales phase, you get to know, analyse and visualise the client’s business processes, and build demos and solution proposals on that basis.
- Requirements gathering and solution design: You independently lead client assessments and workshops, prepare fit-gap analyses, and turn business needs into feasible CRM solutions.
- CRM implementation and go-live: You are responsible for system configuration, testing, user training and professional support during go-live.
- Continuous improvement: You stay in touch with clients after go-live, identify opportunities for further development, and help their CRM processes run more efficiently with your recommendations.
Requirements to Perform the Job:
- At least 3 years of CRM implementation experience, having seen at least two projects through from requirements gathering to go-live.
- A strong business and process mindset: you confidently map, model and visualise clients’ business processes.
- Familiarity with CRM implementation methodologies and presales experience, whether in requirements gathering, client demos or developing solution proposals.
- Business-level English and confidence in communicating with executive-level clients.

- Knowledge of Power Platform.
- Relevant Microsoft certification.
