Why is it worth working with us?

If we find ourselves a bit tired or unenergetic, we just brew a strong cofee or tea and then ask someone to play a good match of tablefootball to practice for the next championship in the pool area (a pool table, not the wet type). And since we know that the blessing of weekend passes by wednesday and friday seems so far away, we can fuel up with fruits or stop by our massage-chair. Sometimes we share a breakfast in the office together, and we do like rooting for the hungarian football team in front of one of our TVs. When we feel the need, we organise parties, we go and let off steam while cooking a good stew in the forest or just gather with the other colleagues to form an even stronger bond. – that’s how we like the days at Grepton.

I arrived at the company as a Junior SQL developer. I remember everyone was very kind, right from the start. During the interview my future boss and the HR manager were very friendly. Later I received a lot of help from the company in the form of Oracle and PowerBI courses which were a huge biist ti my development, and I could widen my knowledge in SQL. There are many types of projects available with different sets of challenges that you have to conquer each and every day, so I don't feel bored working here and I love that.
I joined the team at the end of university in 2016. From the start, Grepton was a great teacher, giving me many opportunities to learn and be better. Today Grepton is the massive background, where I have a professional goal and I can get every help to reach it - me and my colleagues as well. The care and exceptional problem solving we get is exceptional here. HR can come up with a solution to any of our problems surprisingly fast by working closely together with the leads of each business unit and sometimes the CEO as well.
I started back in 2012 as a student here. Since Grepton is my first workplace, every success I achieved in my career is thanks to Greptons help. The time I spent here means a safe and stable work and professional development for me, and the atmoshpere of the office is welcoming and it makes waking up in the morning an easier process. I was given the opportunity to become a developer after being a tester here, and after that I could try myself in the everyday life of a business delivery manager too.
For me it is very important that the company has a stable background and size, which is big enough to meet many different challenges in my work, but contrary to the multinational companies this place is not impersonal so it is not easy to get lost in the crowd. Grepton is the ideal workplace where you can work in a good atmosphere and ergonomic environment. The highly-trained experts forged into a cohesive and supporting community where you can find help any time shold you find yourself in a difficult situation.
I started at Grepton in 2016. I was still a student, this was my first workplace and I work here ever since. I collected many memories here, created strong and important bonds both in personal and in business life, I became friends with many of my colleagues. Whenever I think of Grepton, it's not just the workplace, the office, the colleagues that come to mind, but the good company, team-buildings, meals spent together and the Ultrabalaton races. It's good to be a Grepton person, because although the size of the company has gotten considerably larger in the past years, the aura still feels like a family.
The most interesting challenge of my work is that I can be a participant of big, complex projects from the moment of it's birth till handover. Grepton Group has a professional and creative expert team with an innovative leadership and strong financial base. My life has 3 important pillars: family, connections and work.
