The iRack 2.0 solution purchased within the framework of the VNT2020-1 tender will enable Grepton Zrt. to offer its target audience a competitive solution that increases the efficiency of logistics processes at a lower price than its international competitors. iRack 2.0 can provide real value to our customers in many areas of logistics. These include simplified unit of measure digitisation, increasing efficiency in the loading and picking process and optimising freight management costs.
This efficiency is achieved through a modern, all-in-one infrared scanning system, by exploiting the potential of RFID technology and by using iRack 2.0’s innovative software solutions. With infrared scanning and the associated measuring unit, the physical dimensions of the goods can be easily recorded and the units of goods can be easily created within the application. The dimensions and weight recorded in this way provide usefulness in the field of transport management, making it simpler and more cost-effective. In addition, the digital storage of the location of goods in the warehouse and the indoor localisation supported by RFID technology can increase the efficiency of the loading and picking processes.
