  • Summarize: Don’t have time to read through a long customer history or a complex sales order? Copilot summarizes the point in 2-3 concise points.

  • Banking processes: AI analyses unmatched transactions and suggests matches based on dates or descriptions, dramatically speeding up bank reconciliation.

Autonomous AI Agents (The Digital Workforce)

This level goes beyond simple assistance. Here we are talking about AI Agents that can autonomously execute business processes.

  • Sales Order Agent: is able to analyse incoming emails, identify the buyer and, if a piece of information is missing, clarify it in a multi-step communication with the partner. Finally, it checks the stock and awaits approval with a ready sales offer.

  • Payables Agent: monitors the accounts payable account, processes incoming supplier invoices and prepares accounting entries for verification
