There are years when a lot happens.
And there are years when not only is there more of everything, but it is also different.
2025 was such a year at Grepton.
Not because of a single major milestone, but because we moved forward simultaneously professionally, organizationally, and personally.. While working with new clients, projects, and technologies, we consciously shaped how we work together internally—and how we take care of each other.
We also built inward – because that's what matters in the long run
In 2025, we took several steps that clearly served the well-being and development of the team.
We introduced Medicare health insurancebecause we believe that safety and attentiveness are not extras, but basics. The LinkedIn Learning, which allows every colleague to develop at their own pace and according to their own interests, whether it’s deepening their professional knowledge or acquiring new skills.
We have also become more conscious of organizational development: regular, area-specific motivational discussions. They started where the focus was not on the task list, but on the person. These conversations were often quiet, but all the more important for that—because they built trust.
AI as a common language – not just technology, but a way of thinking
In 2025, AI became not just “a team effort” at Grepton, but a shared experience.
The entire company participated in AI-themed education in the form of team building. The goal was not for everyone to become developers, but rather to Everyone should understand it, ask questions about it, use it, and think critically about it.
This year has shown that AI works best when it is not an isolated solution, but part of everyday thinking.
Business side – numbers, projects, new clients
Meanwhile, our business results have confirmed that we are moving in the right direction.

During the year:
- We achieved a 60% increase in sales revenue compared to the previous year.
- We have completed over 100 projects
- We implemented a corporate AI Agent solution for a nationwide company, enabling secure and intelligent access to internal knowledge assets, with full authorization management and Teams integration.
These figures are important in themselves, but they really come into their own when we consider the team that created them.
What really changed in 2025?
Perhaps it is that we have become more conscious.
In how we learn.
In how we give feedback.
In how we use technology.
And in what a “good workplace” means to us.
2025 did not mark the end of an era, but rather laid the foundations for the next one.
