We are looking for a colleague to join our team in the role of Systems Analyst to expand our team.

Responsibilities:

• Liaison with business departments
• Assessment and organization of development requirements
• Organizing and conducting specification meetings, writing meeting minutes
• Preparation and iterative updating of functional specifications
• Collaboration with developers throughout the entire implementation lifecycle
• Verification of implemented features against the functional specifications
• Collaboration with testers
• Participation in internal and end-user training sessions

Requirements to Perform the Job:

• Relevant higher education degree (in economics and/or engineering)
• At least 5 years of experience as a systems analyst and/or business analyst in software development projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Accuracy, precision, reliability, and resilience under pressure
• Ability to work independently and with a high sense of responsibility
• A creative, solution-oriented personality

Advantages / Preferred Qualifications:

• Use of design and process modeling tools (knowledge of UML)
• Familiarity with software development, design, and testing methodologies
