Responsibilities:

• Assessing opportunities for further development of clients' existing or new systems, making proposals, designing, implementing, and providing support
• Improving the efficiency of existing systems
• Designing, implementing, and supporting new systems and services for clients
• Maintaining continuous communication with clients
• Familiarizing with applied and new technologies at clients' sites, deepening professional knowledge
• Liaising with partners and suppliers, coordinating tasks
• Ongoing coordination with sales and management to secure tasks with clients
• Performing project management duties when necessary

Requirements to Perform the Job:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Experience in the design and implementation of Windows Server and Active Directory-based environments
• Knowledge of Exchange Server
• Hands-on experience in creating MS Hyper-V environments
• Experience in migrating VMware virtualization environments
• Strong networking knowledge (SAN, storage, backup strategy, Fortinet)
• Experience with O365/M365/D365/Azure cloud-based services
• Knowledge of Microsoft enterprise solutions (SCSM, SCOM, SCCM, WDS, WSUS)
• Proactive, dynamic personality
• Structured thinking, flexibility, and a systems approach
• Familiarity with Linux distributions
• Knowledge of Azure Landing Zone
• Conversational-level proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
