During the project, an installed, tested and documented cloud-based service management system was developed, which can be used independently by different market players, SMEs (especially construction, tourism, agriculture and food companies, but also companies from other industry verticals) for a monthly subscription fee. This will provide companies in these target groups with access to a service management solution that improves external and internal company operations and increases efficiency and competitiveness, which until now was the prerogative of large, capital-rich companies. The basic package completes the management of fault and demand management according to ITIL recommendations for IT and other tools used in daily operations. The system is open to mapping other ITIL processes, should the customer require this beyond the basic package. The solution also supports employees to work seamlessly from home by increasing the availability of work tools in a home or hybrid working environment.
Our cloud-based application is designed to serve multiple, independent customers (MultiTenent implementation) and can be implemented and deployed in a few days.
For customers, the cloud-based service management system is available as an intuitive, easy-to-use web-based application, through which they can provide their partners with a way to record notifications and helpdesk staff can manage the service of notifications. The web interface can be accessed via the most widely used browsers (IE, Fire Fox, Chrome) or via a mobile application.
