Dozens of emails arrive every day, from which items have to be manually picked, stock checked, quotes generated and, if all goes well, the order recorded in the ERP system. <\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"4\">The latest addition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"66\">Sales Order Agent,<\/b>takes exactly this burden off your shoulders. In our demonstration video, we show how artificial intelligence is transforming the sales process. <\/p><h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\"> <\/h3><h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\">What is a Sales Order Agent?<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"6\">This intelligent agent is not just a simple software automatism. It&#8217;s an AI-based assistant that can interpret emails written in natural language, recognise context and autonomously perform complex tasks within Business Central &#8211; while keeping ultimate control in the hands of humans. <\/p><h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\"> <\/h3><h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\">How does it work in practice?<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"8\">Imagine the following scenario: a customer sends an email requesting 10 office chairs and 2 desks.<\/p><ol start=\"1\" data-path-to-node=\"9\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Monitoring and analysis:<\/b> the agent monitors the designated mailbox.
