The  <\/span>LinkedIn Learning, which allows every colleague to develop at their own pace and according to their own interests, whether it&#8217;s deepening their professional knowledge or acquiring new skills.<span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559738\":240,\"335559739\":240}\"> <\/span><\/p><p>We have also become more conscious of organizational development: regular, area-specific motivational discussions.<span data-contrast=\"auto\"> They started where the focus was not on the task list, but on the person.
